I just got some fabulous news from the vet. Victoria does not have renal failure! In fact, the test show nothing else wrong with her, so all we have to deal with is the diabetes! I'm so happy right now!

The crafter in the rafter refers to my new craft room in my new house. It's very exciting to have a room entirely devoted to crafts...and shoes. I'm a full-time editor in downtown Chicago, but I also study aikido, I'm singer in a rock n' roll band, and, of course, I love to do crafts of all kinds. I love music, books, yard sales, food, studying aikido, being Irish, hanging with my friends, and spending quality time with my wonderful soon-to-be husband(among many other things too numerous to mention). I am also proud to be "owned" by two seriously weird cats.
